Do You Have to Deserve Success?
"There is Only One Judge About Your Success and It Is Always You"
You don't have to deserve
success to attract success. But you may feel that you need to
deserve success before you can you have it. If you can understand
the difference between them you will find it much easier to succeed.
How do you feel about your
success? Do you feel you deserve it? Do you think that you
must do something before you become successful?
Have you been brought up to
believe that you must work hard for any rewards that you receive? Do
you think that it must take time and effort before you get what you want?
You may have already created
a list of goals that you want but you may believe that you have to earn
them in some way. If you're not sure that you feel this way then
look around you for confirmation.
Look to your family, friends,
acquaintances, co-workers, famous people and any others. Is there at
least one person that is successful that you don't think deserved it?
You may feel that they didn't
work hard enough. That success was given to them on a silver
platter. You may work much harder and get much less in return. How
can they get so much for doing so little?
If you do feel this way about
someone else then you most likely feel the same way about your own
success. You can't have it until you deserve it. And you can't
deserve it until you do something else first.
It you think this way then
you may have made a mistake. The proof is already there as you can
see. Others have become successful even though they didn't seem to
deserve it. There was something else that they did.
You Don't Have to Deserve Success to Be
Successful
You must let go of the idea
that the only way to succeed is to earn or deserve it. It is more
than possible and there are many examples of this around you. But
there are also many people that only became successful after incredible
efforts.
Which would you rather be?
You do have a choice. You can stop thinking that success has to
deserved and decide that what you really must do is attract it to
yourself.
This does not mean that you
can achieve success by doing nothing. It does mean that you must
find the right way to attract success to you. Without feeling that
you have to do incredible amounts of work first.
There are people that attract
success to themselves with very little effort. And there are others
who, no matter what they do have great trouble finding success.
There is a difference between them that you must understand.
Differences Between Deserving and
Attracting Success
If you keep believing that
you must work hard to succeed then success may always be difficult for you
to achieve. But if you can see that some others don't do this and
find a way to become like them then then your success will be much easier.
Many of those that achieved
success may have felt what you have gone through or are feeling.
Mistakes, failures, errors and pain, perhaps even thousands of times.
But somehow they reached a
point where they changed. Not just in terms of wealth or prosperity
but also a state of mind. They literally changed their mind as you
can too.
Where is your mind right now?
Are still looking to the past where everything was wonderful or worrying
about your future? Those that succeeded do neither or only
occasionally.
They remember those times
that they failed but they don't keep reliving it. They have left
those thoughts behind and focus on the present where their true power is.
This is one of the secrets of
those who succeed. It isn't what they do so much as it is what they
become. They don't change the way they look and from the outside
everything appears the same. What they really change is the way they
thought about success.
You can decide either that
success is yours to attract or something that you must deserve. You
have the power of free will and it will always be ...
your
choice, so choose to succeed.
